This one-of-a-kind hybrid laughter class can be attended ONLINE . . . or IN-PERSON for those living in the Greater Toronto Area. The exact address will be provided to first-time attendees by live phone call only.

In celebration of the end of the 2025 season you are invited to remain after the class for a party. 7:30-9:30pm. Health-conscious vegetarian finger foods and caffeine- and alcohol-free hot and cold drinks will be served. You are welcome to bring health conscious vegetarian foods for yourself or to share.

Come join us for one hour of rollicking laughter yoga. No yoga postures. Laughing is the yoga. And we laugh A LOT . . . so it's a workout . . . for your ab muscles . . . and your face, hahaha!
